The project combines Renheng international community building experience and Binjiang Seiko quality to create Hangzhou's next "No.1 legend" with lasting taste and excellent quality.

The project won the gold medal of Home Furnishing / craft category in the fifth national decorative concrete competition of "Building concrete Cup".
